In 2024, I was tasked with scaling event emails for around 40 events across 8+ unique audiences, handling pre and post-show communications.
The challenge was nurturing 2X the event volume compared to the year prior while overseeing list building, email development, deployment, and tracking.
Leveraging AI, I created a plan to scale the copy and automation for:

2. Optimizing workflow timing
3. Segmenting dynamic audience content
Overcoming this challenge enabled the team and I to streamline event communications for better coverage + freed up time for more exciting campaign initiatives.
